Sean McDermott’s train at the Kings Norton Rugby club training grounds which are located about 25 minutes from central Birmingham. The training ground is located on Ash Lane, Hopwood which is very close to junction 2 of the M42. Training is on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 – 9:00pm. Newcomers are always welcome. All Warwickshire SFC and most league games take place at Parc na hEireann which is located near to Birmingham International Airport.

Underage training takes place on Saturday mornings at Queensbridge approximately 3 miles from the centre of Birmingham.
