As the new chairman of Sean McDermott's Gaelic Football & Hurling Club, it is my great Honor to take over from the outgoing chairman Noel McLean Snr. I'd like to thank him for his dedication and hard work over the years and I'm sure it will continue in his new roles.

As a member & player I have seen Sean McDermott's grow over the last 32 years, and it is my intention to continue this growth & success.

I would like to see the 2011 season retain the Warwickshire Championship Title, with the continued success for all our teams, Underage, Ladies, Intermediate & Senior and aim for the sought after All Britain Title.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support with Sean McDermott's and welcome all the new additions to the club including Player's, Committee & Manager's.

As always McDermotts will continue to be committed in the search of new talent on the field.
